Format: We will have certified referees and will follow individual play format with a call room procedure.

Transportation: An accessible bus will be available to shuttle athletes to/from the Hampton to the venue for a $20 fee. If you will need this service, please e-mail Jason directly at jasons@synergyaa.com.

Registration: In order to register athletes, coaches, and sport assistants must complete all three forms on the right column of this page and return to Jason Stubbeman at jasons@synergyaa.com or via snail mail at:

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three in each division (BC1-BC5, Open)

Please Note: This is a two-day tourney. If you are not present for call room (for your match), you will forfeit that match. We have very limited ability to adjust brackets once they are set.

Schedule: A final schedule will of course be set after registration is complete. However, you can plan for a 9:00am start for matches each day and a 6:00pm end to play each day (Sunday, hopefully earlier).
